Return Policy


Due to sanitation and health reasons, we are unable to restock items that have been shipped out. Once your order ships, we cannot accept refund requests. If you have placed an order in error, please contact us immediately at [email protected] to determine if a refund is possible.

Damages or Defective Product

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Please inspect your order upon arrival, and contact us immediately at [email protected] if there’s an issue.
If your return is accepted, we may request that you return the product to us so that we may investigate the source of the problem. If necessary, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
