Refunds
a. Cancellation Before Shipment: If you cancel your SpermCheck order before it has shipped, you will receive a full refund. Please contact us or email us at [email protected] to request a cancellation and be sure to include your order number in your message.
b. Unopened Kits Within 30 Days: If you return your unopened SpermCheck kit within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. If you return an unopened kit after 30 days of purchase, we cannot offer a refund. Please contact us to initiate a return and be sure to include your order number in your message.
Damages or Defective Product
Please inspect your kit immediately upon arrival. If your kit arrives damaged, please contact us or email us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and provide your order number, mailing address, receipt, lot number, and a photo of your damaged kit in your message. We will do our best to make things right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Opened Kits
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for kits that have been opened, regardless of when they are returned. If you receive an invalid test result, please contact us or email us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and provide your order number, mailing address, receipt, lot number, and a photo of your invalid test result in your message. We will be happy to assist you.
